I went into NAPA around 930am on Friday, July 22 and spoke to Allen. He helped me to get a part for my vehicle. this part was told to take 2 days to get here from over 3 different other auto stores. He ordered this part after 930am and it got her by 11am. they even called me to advise the part was ready for pickup. then, he actually brought the part out to my car and put it in for me before I could walk in the store. then, he also referred me to a place in dinwiddie who could put the part on for me today. he actually called the auto place to advise them of putting on the part for me. He went above of THE CALL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME. I was so upset when i came in and when i left i cried happy tears. THEY HAVE GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I WILL LET MY FAMILY & FRIENDS KNOW TO COME HERE. ALLEN WAS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE DESERVES TO BE COMMENDED FOR HIS GREAT JOB!!
